Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over ₹499 (including tax), within India.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or messaging services. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged during transit or you receive a damaged article, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost Packages

We understand that it can be frustrating if your package goes missing. Here’s what you need to know:

  • If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, or other members of your household.

  • If after 2 days the package is still missing, please reach out to our customer service team at care@aromaadorn.com or (91) 7011 355 409. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we are happy to assist in resolving any issues where possible.
