Order cancellation request (Ordered directly via aromaadorn.com)

You are entitled to cancel your order before your order has been shipped without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. This is only applicable if you have placed your order directly via aromaadorn.com. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail at care@aromaadorn.com

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we sent you cancellation confirmation. We will use the same means of payment for refund as you used for the order.

Refund for damaged or wrong / expired product received / voluntary returns

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made from Aroma Adorn. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or wrong / expired product or voluntary return, our return policy is outlined below:

  • '7 Days - Money Back Assurance' policy is only applicable on first time pre-paid orders of 50ml bottles or Perfume Gift Box. This policy is only applicable on first time shoppers and pre-paid orders placed on aromaadorn.com.

    • Ineligible Products: Car Perfume(s).

    • Unopened Items Only: Perfumes must be returned in their original, sealed packaging including the outer carton box to qualify for a refund or exchange. Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

    • Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • Restocking Fee: The customer will be charged flat ₹150/- as restocking fee which will be deducted from refund amount.

    • Shipping Fee: The shipping costs are taken care by us.

  • Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately at care@aromaadorn.com or WhatsApp at (91) 7011 355 409 within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    • An unboxing video is necessary in case of return request for Tampered/Damaged products else, the request for exchange will not be treated.

    • Notification Requirement: To be eligible for a return due to damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or purchase from local store. Any notification received beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a replacement.

    • Return Authorization: Once you've reported the damaged product our customer service team will guide you through the replacement process. Please do not return any item without prior authorization from our team.

    • Return Procedure: After receiving authorization (if applicable), we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documents that were included.

    • Evaluation of Damage: Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will assess to verify if it meets the criteria for a return. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the product does not qualify as damaged or if it's beyond the specified return window.

    • Replacement: If the product is confirmed as damaged and meets our return policy criteria, you will be eligible for either a replacement.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfume bottles unless they are confirmed as wrong or expired product within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by the company.

    • For voluntary returns (e.g., changed mind, no longer want the product), the customer may bear the shipping costs.
