Order cancellation request (Ordered directly via aromaadorn.com)

You are entitled to cancel your order before your order has been shipped without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. This is only applicable if you have placed your order directly via aromaadorn.com. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail at care@aromaadorn.com

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we sent you cancellation confirmation. We will use the same means of payment for refund as you used for the order.

Refund for damaged or wrong / expired product received

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made from Aroma Adorn. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or wrong / expired product, our return policy is outlined below:

  1. Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately at care@aromaadorn.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Notification Requirement: To be eligible for a return due to damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or purchase from local store. Any notification received beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  3. Return Authorization: Once you've reported the damaged product or receipt of wrong / expired product, our customer service team will guide you through the replacement / refund process. Please do not return any item without prior authorization from our team. To expedite the process, we may ask you to share product pictures or videos.

  4. Return Procedure: After receiving authorization, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documents that were included.

  5. Evaluation of Damage: Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will assess to verify if it meets the criteria for a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not qualify as damaged or if it's beyond the specified return window.

  6. Refund or Replacement: If the product is confirmed as damaged and meets our return policy criteria, you will be eligible for either a replacement (if available) or a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  7. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfume bottles unless they are confirmed as wrong or expired product within 48 hours of receipt.

  8. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be covered by Aroma Adorn. Please follow the return instructions provided to ensure a smooth and efficient return process.
